The Wimborne Community Learning & Resource Centre, King Street, Wimborne (known as CLaRC) is opposite the town’s model village and has its entrance in King Street Car Park. There is free parking after 6pm.
Beginners Tuesdays 7pm - 8pm
Improvers & Intermediates Tuesdays 7.45pm – 9.15pm
Fee only £4 - and stay as long as you want!
5 - WEEK BEGINNERS COURSES are held on:
Thursdays 2.30pm – 3.30 pm
5-week Thursday courses at only £15 !! (Or you can pay £4 weekly)

Our Line Dance Classes in Wimborne & Verwood are the ideal way to keep fit and have fun at the same time. We do not try to keep up with the dozens of new dances that are published each month. Rather, we enjoy many of the “old favourites” whilst occasionally introducing a new dance. Each routine is “taught” or “marked through” at every lesson, so there is no problem if you are not familiar with a dance or if your memory is less than perfect.
You don’t need a partner
for Line Dancing, nor do you need any special clothing. You may, of course, wish
to wear western style clothes, or even just a pair of jeans, but many of our
dancers just wear casual, lightweight clothing that they are comfortable in. It
is preferable and safer if you wear hard-soled shoes or boots. Trainers and soft
soled shoes are not so easy to dance in.
If you’re feeling stressed, then our Line Dancing Classes in Wimborne & Verwood may be the answer. It is a wonderful way to get fit, meet new friends, and forget the outside world for an hour or two each week.
