Classes in Wimborne are available in Tap, Ballet, Freestyle/Jazz,  'Strictly' Dance Fitness, Majorette (Baton Twirling and Dance Twirl).
Classes in Verwood are available in Ballet and Skipping
(Speed, Tricks, Partners, Teams, Double Dutch)

Special note: the Tuesday 4.30 class offers the mix of dance styles.

Tap - for all those who can't keep their feet still and their toes are always tapping! Tap is a classic form of dance which has been used for years in shows and musicals. It can be simple or detailed and the style can be anything from Broadway to Hip-Hop. Tap helps to develop a great sense of rhythm and timing.

Freestyle/Jazz is exactly that - FREE STYLE. Dances can be made up of almost any move you can think of. You will learn great routines to your favourite songs.  
Majorette - Baton Twirling and Dance Twirl are great fun and within a short time, you will learn various moves such as: figure 8, horizontal twirl, elbow roll and pinwheel!
'Strictly' Dance Fitness - Similar to the adult 'Strictly FitSteps' classes. Fun fitness workout in the styles & rhythms of cha cha, jive, quickstep, salsa etc. A real pulse raiser!
Ballet forms the basis for all other dance styles as it helps develop strength, posture, grace, co-ordination, technique and musical awareness. 
Skipping gets you fit and there are many benefits including better endurance, increased flexibility, stronger bones, improved co-ordination and balance. There are hundreds of tricks you can learn and you can skip on your own or with a partner or as a group. Learn the Butterfly and Chinese Wheel with a partner, enjoy the frantic fun of the Long Rope and push your skills to the limit with Double Dutch.
